Isidingo Reveiw [ 25 M ay - 29 May]

Katlego is trying her best to have Nikiwe as an ally because since from the beginning they are not always on the same page. Rajesh finally reveals his true feelings for Priya to stop her from that decision of moving to Durban. He did that in a very sentimental manner and thew way he did it was way too believable, as an actor he was outstanding performing that emotional scene.

Lerato has finally snapped after Sikhumbuzo isn't giving her any attention due to the fact that Sechaba is back. Sikhumbuzo did ask Lerato whether to start a relationship because here & Sechaba were no longer an item but Lerato was so embarrassed by the fact that she has feelings for her EX boyfriend's best friend so she said 'no' but now her feeling are getting stronger by the day. So now they have to duck Sechaba to make sure he doesn't find out about their little secret. Frank Xavier also finds something interesting about Benjamin schemes that he might use against him somehow. Calvin is super frustrated by a fact that he's father doesn't want him to help him from these life threatening situations he's under. There's a huge interview between Lincoln Sibeko & Barker Haines interviewed by Frank and it went down. Actors are doing an amazing job to put the whole show together and i am hooked with all the actors of the soapie they just make me wanna join them as soon as i am done with my course. Isidingo is great , the pace is fast , it moves all the time the editing and multli cameras that Romano talked about i can see how its done now and i quite understand what he meant. Its only been a month watching it and it feels like its been years. i will definitely not stop watching this soapie cit interests me.

Isidingo Review [ 18 May - 22 May]

This week's Isidingo started off with the bang. Barker Haines told Katlego that they might have won the battle but they haven't won the war after Barker lost to Lincoln for a Chairman of the board position. The battle of the Sibeko Gold Continues as Nikiwe fights to get back the overseas investments that they lost due to Barker. This week we found that Priya was deciding to move to Durban to live with her parents and start over that side. She also confessed to Rajesh that she's still in;love with him despite everything that has happened between them. Sechaba just returned and hasnt found out about Lerato & Sikhumbuzo 's affair.

A lot is happening at the moment , tensions are rising, bradley is somehow broken down by the fact that Priya is moving to durban. Eddie is also shocked by that but Priya did find a replacement for her posititon which will be soon revealed. 

On the other side of things there has been a death threat that was sent to Frank Xavier on live televison of which i suspect Benjamin is behind of. This drove Calvin mad where he threw punches at Benjamin in defense of his father and that Benjamin has this mystrey producer who will produce for frank but he didnt want to reveal the name. So Frank decided to make Calvin his producer because he's the one he trusts the most and that made Benjamin very crosssed . This soapie is one of the best i say it again. All the actors and script writers are doing an exceptional job to keep the audience engaged to each and every story line from story a,b,c etc. We will see what happens next week.

Isidingo Reveiw [11 May - 15 May]

This week's Isidingo was as good as expected and I expected nothing less. The story continues and tension is rising as the Sibeko Gold is at risk of being taken by Barker Haines. This week the main focus was on the board meeting where Lincoln Sibeko was competing up against Barker for a position of being a Chairman of the board. Barker lost this battle but he's told the Sibeko's that they haven't won the war yet. This was Katlego's doing which helped Lincoln win after she has re-opened the investigation of a Sibeko Baby that was killed by Barker after sabotaging the mine a year ago. It helped Lincoln regain his confidence and stopped doubting himself.

 

 

On the other side Nikiwe is in New York fighting to get back all the overseas investments and sponsors that got lost during this period. All in all this soapie is amazing, the story line of Priya & Brad continues too but Rajesh is now full aware of what is happening between the two thanks to Benjamin who informed him in public. The actors for me are on point and they all make me follow each and everything that is happening, the soapie itself has a good script and the pace is quite fast yet so interesting because they quickly jump from story to story just like that.

I am super excited to watch the upcoming episodes just to check how the story unfolds. this soapie has really caught my attention and I'm slowly becoming an addict. The show airs on SABC 3 at 7pm Monday - Friday , I encourage you to give it a shot.

Isidingo Reveiw [ 04 May - 08 May] 2015

Isidingo is a South African soapie that airs Monday to Friday at 19:30 on SABC 3. This past week i have started to follow the and got so impressed by the way actors act there. The story lines are so amazing and easy to follow because i think it has more than three story lines happeningv at the same time and the soapie itself is moving fast jumping from story to story like that which makes this soapie for me so exciting. The writers are doing an amazing job as well as all the actors in it.

The Sibekos

Story A is about the Sibeko Gold (SG) that's in crisis of losing all its investors which has already lost all the overseas ones but left with Ultra Deep that's ran by Barker Haines and Rajesh Kumar. Barker has completely brainwashed Nikiwe Sibeko into his dirty plans, first he made her fight for a CEO position opposing her father which has made the whole Sibeko family to be in crisis. This for me is an incredible storyline of them all, its about power, status, money and all. The actors involved in this story line are doing a great job, they all believable and awesome and they got me hooked.

Brad & Priya

This is another story line of an older  divorced woman being attracted to this younger guy but afraid to go all out because of what the public might say about their relationship. Priya had just divorced Rajesh but trying to move on she has feelings for Brad and Brad does to but the age thing keeps standing in their way. Even here i was so impressed about the way these two actor managed to pull this out. They both good actors and in each time they appear together having conversation there's always a sense of belief in their characters.


There's another story line of Skhu and Lerato where Lerato is so obsessed over Skhu but Skhu is a friend of her ex. So they both going through that process of wanting to be together but afraid of what their friends might think. The Lerato character is the one that brings comic in the soapie because she's just crazy and will make you laugh no matter how serious the situation might be. She's doing an amazing job.

For me this soapie is exciting and i will definately watch it on a daily basis because it got me hooked. You should also give it a try yourself to see if im wrong or not. It will hook you up too because  everything moves just like that, the actors are amazing, the stroyline is great and easy to follow all it needs is your time.
